"Christ Freeing the Lamb," 1997. 46" diameter. Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Marshall, Missouri. Restored by Mike Peck and Adam Gard.

This window is from the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Marshall, Missouri, and was estimated to be 50 years old when we were commissioned to restore it. In the "before" picture, several bullet holes can be seen in the head of Christ, in the sky panel which is above the right shoulder of Christ, and throughout the mantle.
We were only able to save the original pieces incorporating the lamb and the entangling tree limbs, as well as both hands of Christ. Although, the right hand received a bullet hole high in the wrist, we simply cut it shorter and elongated the right sleeve. The remainder of the panel was completed using Youghiogheny 1309SP for the entire sky, the mantle is Kokomo 14SPL, the cape and lower garment are Kokomo 111, and the two ring borders are Kokomo 11 3TIP & 163. The head of Christ was completely replaced using Blenko flesh tone antique which was painted and fired. The outer 1/2" zinc frame was formed with a came bender to add strength around the perimeter.
