The following information is needed for each slide, photograph, or digital image submitted to the International Guild of Glass Artists, Inc. The artist's name, phone number, and email address (if available) should be written on the slide mount (or on a post-it note affixed to the back of any hard copy print - don't write on the actual picture, the impression may affect the scan) with the slide or photo number referred to below and the information below included. Please do not submit 2-1/4"x 2-1/4" or larger transparencies; 35mm slides or negatives only (keep the negatives in their original plastic sleeves). Color photographs (prints) must be of scannable size - no larger than 8 1/2"x 11".  Again, the better the photograph, the better your glass artistry will appear as part of our Light Show presentation.

Leave blank any non-applicable fields. Feel free to include any additional information about the work that you wish to share in the NOTES area.  Detailed descriptions will prove helpful for anyone viewing this presentation of your work.

I hereby certify that I am the original artist/author of this work,  I hereby grant my permission to the International Guild of Glass Artists, Inc. to include imagery of my original glass artwork in the IGGA's Light Show.  I understand that such images and contact information as I submit will be available for public viewing over the Internet.  I understand that the IGGA will not be held responsible or liable for any problems, infringements, or damages that may arise as a result of having these images displayed as part of the Light Show.  I understand that I retain my original copyrights to this work, and that should other uses of these images of my work be considered by the IGGA, I will be contacted.  I include a signed authorization to use this photograph of my work from the photographer, ONLY if this photo or digital image was created by someone other than myself.

While there is no charge for adding your work to our Light Show, we DO encourage donations to help defray the costs involved in scanning the photography, and creating and reworking the necessary files to include your work in the Light Show, as well as maintaining this Light Show and our web site.  You may include your donation, made payable in $US to the: International Guild of Glass Artists, Inc.  We'd surely appreciate whatever you may feel comfortable donating to our organization.
