non-profit organization by both the US Internal Revenue Service
and the California State Franchise Tax Board.

All donations to the Center are fully tax deductible!

The Internal Revenue Service has classified The Center for Informed Politics as a publicly supported charitable organization pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The Califonia State Franchise Tax Board has classified The Center for Informed Politics as a tax-exempt educational organization under section 23701d of the California Franchise Tax Code.

The Center for Informed Politics has been assigned California Corporation Number 1947266 by the Office of the Secretary of State, and Federal Employer Identification Number 77-0411244.
