Laminated antique glass and silk-screened float glass. The colorful window in the vestibule is seen first and last when entering or leaving the building. The design is dramatic in its use of geometric shapes and strong colors, evoking structures engulfed in smoke, raging flames and life-saving water. It suggests the struggle, chaos and victory of fire fighting. |
